Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund for your BundleNudge subscription. We want you to be satisfied with our service, and we aim to be fair and transparent about refunds.
1. Free Trial
We offer a free tier that allows you to evaluate BundleNudge without any payment. We encourage you to fully test the service on the free tier before upgrading to a paid plan.
- Free tier: 1,000 MAU, 100MB storage, community support
- No credit card required for the free tier
- Upgrade anytime when you are ready
2. Monthly Subscriptions
2.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends
2.2 Refunds for Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable because:
- You can evaluate the service on the free tier before upgrading
- You have full access to cancel at any time
- Billing periods are short (monthly)
Exceptions: We may provide refunds in the following cases:
- Service was unavailable for a significant portion of the billing period (see our SLA)
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge)
- Extenuating circumstances at our discretion
3. Annual Subscriptions
3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Annual subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee:
- If you cancel within 30 days of your initial annual purchase, you will receive a full refund
- This applies to new annual subscriptions only, not renewals
- Request your refund by emailing billing@bundlenudge.com
3.2 Pro-Rated Refunds
If you cancel an annual subscription after 30 days:
- Days 31-90: Pro-rated refund for unused months (minus a 10% early termination fee)
- After 90 days: No refund, but you retain access until the end of your annual term
3.3 Example Calculation
If you paid $468/year ($39/month equivalent) and cancel after 4 months:
- Used: 4 months = $156
- Remaining: 8 months = $312
- Early termination fee (10%): $31.20
- Refund amount: $312 - $31.20 = $280.80
4. Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan:
- The new pricing takes effect at the next billing cycle
- No refund is provided for the current billing period
- You retain access to your current plan features until the end of the billing period
5. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days without giving any reason ("cooling-off period").
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Contact us within 14 days of your purchase at billing@bundlenudge.com
- Clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice
5.2 Waiver for Immediate Access
When you purchase a subscription, you acknowledge that:
- The service begins immediately upon purchase
- You expressly consent to immediate performance
- If you have used the service during the withdrawal period, you may be charged for the value of service received
6. Service Credits vs. Refunds
Under our Service Level Agreement, downtime may entitle you to service credits rather than refunds:

7. How to Request a Refund
7.1 Process
- Email billing@bundlenudge.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and the reason for your request
- We will review your request within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
7.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/debit card: Refund to the card used for purchase
- Bank transfer: Refund to the originating account
Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Overage charges for usage that exceeded plan limits
- Add-on services that were consumed (e.g., additional build minutes)
- Fees for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Setup or onboarding fees (Enterprise plans)
9. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect:
- Contact us first at billing@bundlenudge.com
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- If we cannot resolve the issue, you may dispute the charge with your payment provider
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback, as chargebacks may result in account suspension.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not affect refund requests submitted before the change. Material changes will be communicated via email.
